You will guide Financial Consultants and Investment Consultants, coach sales, deliver trainings, and manage performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires multiple FINRA licenses, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 4+ years of financial sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales teams to meet revenue targets.
• Manage sales processes and deliver training to staff.
• Provide performance management and recognition for team members.
• Conduct client presentations and interview prospective employees.
• Collaborate with business partners and share best practices.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks typical of the industry.
