Qualifications

• Requires strong sales, business development and leadership capabilities.
• 4 years’ experience in retail or branch banking environment is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for small business banking.
• Must maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, coaching, training and evaluations to achieve an exceptional customer experience and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of small business customers through on-site visits, networking and community engagement.
• Deepen relationships with business owners; open new accounts, secure deposits, and cross-sell to gain full client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet client needs and refer to treasury, merchant services, private banking and wealth partners.
• Develop consumer relationships; expand branch and market share and Civista brand presence.
• Create and execute annual strategic plans to meet monthly sales and operational goals.
