TD Bank is seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead high-performing branches across Greater NYC and North/Central New Jersey. Location: Greater NYC area with multiple openings. Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus annual incentive, with strong leadership support and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail banking leadership and a track record in deposits, lending, and client relationships. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail banking leadership experience.
• Current or recent Branch Manager, Financial Center Manager, Banking Center Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong background in sales leadership, coaching, operations, and compliance.
• Experience managing branch performance, deposits, lending, and customer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
