Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions in Roswell, GA seeks a Branch Manager III to lead all sales and operations for a high‑performing branch with $10M+ annual revenue, overseeing make‑ready, renovation, and capital expenditure services for multi‑family clients.

You will build teams, manage P&L, develop client relationships, drive growth, and implement process improvements while coordinating satellite locations within your territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in branch operations leadership managing branches >$10M in revenue.
• 7+ years in construction/renovation or related service business.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and teams with timelines and quality control.
• Excellent client communication; capable of building trust and resolving issues.
• Sales orientation with proposal development and growth focus.
• Experience supervising Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adapting to new tech platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch strategy, operations, financial performance, and team leadership.
• Monitor and manage branch P&L; handle WIP, billing, liens, and invoices.
• Oversee make-ready, renovation, ensuring quality and safety across jobs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff and contractors.
• Strengthen client relationships with property managers and teams.
• Implement process improvements and technology initiatives.
• Drive new business opportunities with the sales team.
• Oversee satellite locations and maintain consistent standards.
