Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a hands-on General Manager to oversee sales and operations for a high-performing branch, delivering make-ready, repair, and renovation services to multi-family clients. You will lead a growth-minded team, manage branch P&L, and drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction across our footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of branch operations leadership with branches over $10M in annual revenue.
• 7+ years in construction/renovation/restoration or similar high-transaction service business.
• Strong experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to oversee large projects and teams with attention to timelines and quality control.
• Excellent communication, with client-facing relationship building.
• Sales-focused with ability to develop proposals and growth strategies.
• Experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; adaptable to new platforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel in-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch strategy, operations, financial performance, and staff development.
• Monitor branch P&L, revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
• Oversee make-ready, renovation, and quality control across jobs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff and contractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships with property managers.
• Drive process improvements and technology initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
• Support satellite locations within the territory and ensure consistency.
