In this role you will monitor operations, coach staff, analyze metrics, and represent the branch at community and client events to expand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of branch management, operations, or a related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-site or service-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Represent the branch at community and client events to enhance visibility and business relationships.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
