MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager III to oversee all sales and operations for a high-performing branch with annual revenue over $10M, delivering make-ready, repair, maintenance, renovation, and capital expenditure services to multi-family clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of branch operations leadership with branches exceeding $10M in annual revenue.
• 7+ years in construction, renovation, painting, restoration, or similar high-transaction branch business; multi-family preferred.
• Strong experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to oversee large projects and teams with timelines and quality control.
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust and resolve client issues quickly.
• Sales-oriented with experience in proposal development and growth strategies.
• Experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents on large projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new platforms and tech.
• English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; valid driver's license; frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the branch strategy, operations, financial performance, and team leadership.
• Monitor and manage branch P&L, revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA goals; handle WIP, liens, and invoices.
• Oversee make-ready, renovation, safety, and quality across all jobs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff and contractors; set expectations for accountability.
• Strengthen client relationships with property managers and client teams.
• Champion process optimization, tech initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and support sales expansion.
• Oversee operations for satellite locations within territory and ensure consistent standards.
