ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking a General Production Branch Manager based in Louisville, KY. You will oversee all installation operations, logistics, and customer experience across the region, partnering with Regional Production Manager to drive excellence and growth.

You will lead installers, administrators, warehouse managers, and service technicians; optimize processes, manage budgets, ensure 5-star service, and mentor future leaders while delivering on revenue and COGS targets.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of residential construction, production, or installation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
