Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Product Owner to lead the service transformation of our Global Service Management System (GSMS) as part of Magellan, the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition. You will own the vision, backlog, and cross-functional alignment across SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce/ServiceMax, driving end‑to‑end service capabilities.

You will partner with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and regional teams to ensure service-to-cash processes align with the program's roadmap while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Systems lead on enterprise apps.
• Experience with large ERP transformation, SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vision & scope: own product vision, scope and roadmap for service in Magellan.
• Global Template alignment: lead alignment with regional service teams and manage gaps.
• Backlog ownership: prioritize Magellan service backlog across SAP S/4 and Salesforce/ServiceMax.
• Trade-off decisions: balance business value, compliance, milestones, and capacity.
• Requirements acceptance: review and accept features and user stories with defined criteria.
• Cross-tower alignment: coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Logistics and other towers.
