Job summary

Boston Scientific Minnesota-area hybrid office is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist, Digital Product Owner to join the Global Quality team and drive enterprise-scale data products that enable data-driven decision-making across Global Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

You will shape product vision, roadmaps and priorities, partnering with data engineering, architecture, quality and business teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, engineering, statistics or mathematics.
• 5+ years' experience in data science, analytics or data products.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as medical devices or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
• Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria and milestones using Agile.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics focused on adoption and business value.
• Define end-to-end data architecture and governance for trusted data products.
• Collaborate with data engineering to deliver scalable AI-enabled analytics solutions.
