Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Digital Product Owner to partner with the Global Quality team and deliver enterprise-scale data products enabling data-driven decisions across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

The role blends data science depth with product ownership, defining product vision, roadmaps and priorities while working with data engineering, architecture and business teams to enable AI-driven insights and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, engineering, statistics, mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data science, analytics or data products.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with business partners and data engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery and product management practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities with business leaders and translate to product requirements.
• Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones using Agile.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for adoption, data quality and impact.
• Govern enterprise data products with standards, contracts and governance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design scalable, governed data products and architectures.
