Leoforce in Pine Brook, NJ is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to manage bookkeeping, GL reconciliations, and financial reporting across music/entertainment clients. You will oversee AR/AP, assist in budgeting, and contribute to forecasting for multiple clients in a fast-paced firm.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and experience with Agilink and QuickBooks, with a hybrid work setup (2 days remote, 3 days in NJ office). A CPA-firm background is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL reconciliations, and bookkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general bookkeeping duties and post information to accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts and manage month-end close processes.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
