Big Horn Heating & Cooling in Billings, MT is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting across multiple locations, ensuring accurate records, timely closes, and reliable reporting. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will own full-cycle bookkeeping, oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll reconciliations, and job costing, while building scalable processes to support growth.

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and ServiceTitan, strong Excel skills, and

Competenze

• 4+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping including month-end close.
• Experience with QuickBooks or a comparable small-business accounting system.
• Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with lookups and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail with well-documented financial records.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with leadership.
