Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to cover Nashville area markets including Nashville North/South, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin. The role focuses on delivering Amgen’s branded messages to physicians and other healthcare professionals, driving appropriate product utilization through in-person and virtual engagement.

The candidate will develop territory plans, support access and reimbursement efforts, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior qualification options: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience; or Associate degree with 6 years; or High school diploma with 8 years in sales/clinical field.

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate use.
• Lead territory sales delivering branded messages and programs to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in Specialty sales.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values.
