Job summary

Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies and lead as a primary customer contact within your district.

The role requires tailoring conversations to customer needs, maintaining product contracts, and driving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements across the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions tailored to customer needs and ensuring product access
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and maintain brand quality
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards in all interactions
