Job summary

TruStage is seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to handle advanced bond claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves managing investigations, reviewing coverage, and coordinating with external investigators while guiding less experienced staff.

Required qualifications include at least an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years of claims experience, and an Adjuster license.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust claims according to applicable laws and policy provisions.

• Review and settle claims within authority.
• Issue payments or deny claims in a timely manner per policy conditions.
• Negotiate settlements with customers or representatives.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and refer accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management.
