Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Boiler Controls Technician - Mobile Steam Department to join our Dallas, TX team. The technician will wire, fire, and test boilers in shop and field, ensuring readiness of customer equipment.

Responsibilities include wiring controls and motors, rebuilding valves, building control panels, startup of rental boilers, reading blueprints, and training colleagues on boiler operation and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of boiler experience with PLCs and boiler controls.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Wire controls and motors for boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Rebuild control valves and regulators.
• Build and test control panels and fuel skids.
• Start-up rental boilers in the field.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Train others on boiler operation and controls.
