Job summary

Brady Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a skilled Icon Boiler Mechanic Level 2 to perform routine boiler repair, installation, pipe fitting, welding, and related tasks on site at customer facilities.

You will read mechanical drawings, troubleshoot boiler systems, mentor Level 1 mechanics, and ensure safety and quality across projects. This role requires travel and overtime as needed and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in boiler/industrial mechanical work.
• Ability to read mechanical and piping drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Welding qualification or ability to pass company tests.
• Strong safety, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute routine boiler-mechanical assignments per scope and safety rules.
• Prepare boilers for inspection and perform removal, installation, and repair.
• Troubleshoot boiler, burner, pump, and condensate systems and report findings.
• Mentor Level 1 mechanics and assist team members.
• Travel to customer sites and work overtime as required.
