Brady Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Icon Boiler Mechanic Level 2 to perform routine boiler repair, installation, pipe fitting, welding, refractory, feedwater, and steam-system tasks with limited supervision. You will support training of junior team members and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, basic electrical diagrams, and the ability to troubleshoot boiler systems, burners, pumps, and condensate equipment while maintaining service records

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2+ years boiler, mechanical, pipe fitting, welding, or service experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and basic electrical diagrams.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass drug screening and obtain U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Independently execute routine boiler-mechanical tasks per scope and safety rules.
• Prepare boilers for inspection and perform removal, installation, alignment, fit-up and repair.
• Perform welding, brazing, pipe fitting, and hydrotest support within qualifications.
• Conduct re-tubing, tube rolling, and related tasks on firetube and watertube systems.
• Maintain field records and communicate updates to leadership; escalate issues.
• Mentor Level 1 mechanics and helpers on safe work practices.
