Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Senior Boiler Controls Technician to join our field team in the St. Louis, MO area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, testing and tuning boiler controls in the field, with hands-on mechanical work across pumps, valves and piping.

Occasional travel up to 50% is required, and relocation assistance is provided if needed. Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of experience with industrial electrical and control systems, a valid driver's license, and the

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with industrial electrical and control systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to troubleshoot via PLCs, preferred.
• Must be able to read and work from wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Mechanical and electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade boiler controls sensors and field devices.
• Identify and repair equipment deficiencies (mechanical and electrical).
• Perform boiler start-ups in the field.
• Conduct planned boiler maintenance.
• Mechanical work as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
