Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking an Industrial Boiler Controls Specialist to wire, test, and validate performance on watertube and firetube boilers. You’ll work from shop to customer sites, building control panels, wiring skids, and starting rental boilers in the field.

You’ll read blueprints, set combustion, and adjust valve trims while training operators and supporting projects with a strong focus on safety, cost control, and quality.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years hands-on boiler work with PLCs, transformers, transmitters, and related controls.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Wire controls and motors for watertube and firetube boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Rebuild control valves and regulators; determine correct trims and settings.
• Build and test control panels and fuel skids from engineering wiring schematics and layouts.
• Assemble and test condensate tanks and deaerators; trim out boiler packages.
• Start up rental (mobile) boilers in the field; set combustion on pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams; troubleshoot with or without schematics.
• Train teammates and customers on boiler operation and controls.
• Maintain tool condition and inventory; support internal and external projects; follow company policies.
• Apply sound judgment, creativity, and adaptability to deliver results; other duties as assigned.
