Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Senior Boiler Controls Technician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. You will troubleshoot, test, and tune boilers in the field and perform related mechanical work across pumps, valves, and piping.

Travel up to 50% overnight as needed, with relocation assistance available. A high school diploma is required; 2-3 years of industrial electrical and control systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with industrial electrical and control systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to troubleshoot via PLCs, preferred.
• Read and work from wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Mechanical and electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade boiler controls sensors and field devices.
• Identify and repair mechanical and electrical deficiencies.
• Perform boiler start-ups in the field.
• Conduct boiler planned maintenance.
• Mechanical work and other duties as assigned.
