Job summary

JLL seeks a Facilities BMS Engineer to support 100+ buildings using ALC and Distech platforms. The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex programs within existing systems.

Responsibilities include managing service tickets, coordinating budgets and schedules for BMS work, and leading cross-team projects while ensuring documentation and controls are maintained. On-site location in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in HVAC or a related technical field.
• Formal training in using ALC or Distech BMS software.
• Minimum five years with BMS control systems, esp. ALC and Distech.
• Ability to coordinate project schedules with service lines.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling BMS service projects.
• Strong collaboration with team members; fluent English.
• Proficient with office software and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process service tickets/work orders via Corrigo.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix proprietary BMS programs with ALC/Distech.
• Maintain documentation for BMS service and improvement projects.
• Assist in budgeting and scheduling for BMS projects.
• Lead complex projects requiring cross-team coordination.
• Execute tasks in complex environments per project mandates.
• Collaborate with other BMS personnel and service staff.
