Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related facilities engineering field with relevant controls experience.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities HVAC and control systems.
• Experience with HVAC building automation systems and development/review of operating sequences.
• Strong knowledge of control theory, HVAC systems, and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Experience with major BMS platforms (Tridium, Johnson Controls, ALC).
• Experience in HVAC engineering fundamentals, including trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and review infrastructure and tenant-improvement HVAC controls projects for compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Technical review of control sequences and operation logic; develop and review test plans.
• Conduct field inspections to verify scope and best practices; identify risks and deviations.
• Coordinate with project teams and represent the client to address stakeholder requirements.
