Job summary
Proterra Inc. in Greer, SC is looking for a Senior BMS Cell Algorithm Design Engineer to design and maintain high-quality cell controls algorithms. This role includes supporting the transition of designs from prototype to manufacturing while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical/Electrochemistry Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BMS controls modeling/design.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and/or Embedded C/C++.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high quality cell controls algorithms.
- Develop and validate cell models using experimental parameters.
- Support integration of code into BMS controls for implementation.
