Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in BMS development or related automotive/power electronics fields.
• Strong understanding of Lithium-ion cell behavior and power electronics.
• Experience with design, development, testing, and integration of battery management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design BMS hardware including sensor interfaces and protection circuits.
• Develop algorithms for SOC and SOH estimation.
• Perform HIL testing and system integration testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards like ISO 26262.
