Qualifications

• 4–5 years blasting experience in explosives industry.
• Current Blasting License required.
• ATF eligibility as Employee Possessor required.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and blasting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in blast design, layout, preparation and detonation per customer specs.
• Develop blast plans and coordinate safety protocols with crews.
• Verify drill patterns and blast performance; maintain records.
• Load explosives into blast holes; direct loading from bulk trucks.
• Complete field blast reports and magazine inventory reports.
• Communicate with site managers and customers to build partnerships.
• Attend blast crew meetings and ensure safety first.
