Job summary

Quick Supply Co. in Snow Camp, NC seeks a Blaster to lead or assist in design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer sites, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires blasting experience, a current blasting license, and ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather. You will coordinate with the blast crew, review drill logs, complete field reports, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Efficient with Microsoft Outlook, blasting software and equipment.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physically strenuous work daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in blast design and detonation at customer sites while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop blast plans to maximize performance and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with blast crew and address safety protocols.
• Review drill logs and verify drill patterns.
• Complete field blast reports and magazine inventory reports.
• Maintain strong communication with site managers and customers.
