Job summary

Quick Supply Co. is seeking a Blaster to lead or assist in designing and detonating blasts at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years blasting experience, a current Blasting License, and the ability to lead teams and communicate professionally. Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather, pass ATF pre-employment screening, and meet background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer locations.
• Maintain safety and compliance as the top priority in daily duties.
• Develop blast plans to maximize performance and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the blast crew and participate in safety briefings.
• Review drill logs and verify drill patterns.
