Job summary

Quick Supply Co. in Ohio is seeking a Blaster to lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer locations, with safety and compliance as the top priority.

You will develop site blast plans, coordinate with the blast crew, verify drill patterns and complete field blast and magazine inventory reports while communicating with site managers and customers to build strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Efficient with Microsoft Outlook and blasting software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts.
• Ensure safety and compliance on the job site.
• Develop blast plans to maximize performance for customer requirements.
• Coordinate with blast crew and site managers; complete field reports.
