Quick Supply Co. seeks a Blaster to lead or assist in blast design, layout, preparation and detonation at customer sites, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4–5 years blasting experience, a current Blasting License, ATF eligibility, and the ability to work long hours outdoors, lifting heavy loads and coordinating with site managers to meet customer requirements. You will develop blast plans, verify drill patterns, review logs, and ensure field reports and magazine

Qualifications

• 4–5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors.
• Willing to work long hours to meet customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer locations.
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all blasting activities.
• Develop blast plans to maximize performance and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with blast crew and conduct safety meetings.
• Verify drill logs and blast patterns, and complete field reports and inventories.
• Communicate with site managers and customers to build strong partnerships.
