Qualifications

• 4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Must be able to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically strenuous work.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer sites.
• Develop blast plans to maximize performance and meet customer requirements.
• Participate in blast crew meetings and coordinate safety protocols.
• Work with crew to verify blast performance and provide feedback.
• Review drill logs and verify drill patterns.
