Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in equity compensation or related industry.
• Strong network with VC and PE firms.
• Proven track record of closing pre-IPO deals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong numerical/financial analysis, documentation, and procedures.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Commercial acumen with initiative and proactivity.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent JPMorgan Chase to prospects and customers.
• Develop and close a pipeline of large pre-IPO companies on Workplace solution.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify prospects early in IPO pipeline.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal/compliance for closings.
• Work with product and marketing on events and ABM plans.
