Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter III to support full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Development and related life sciences functions in Alameda, CA. This role focuses on attracting and hiring specialized talent across Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Development Outsourcing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience and strong stakeholder management, capable of handling

Qualifications

5+ years of biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.
Experience supporting Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related functions.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
Experience influencing hiring decisions and serving as a strategic talent advisor.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and define role requirements
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for complex scientific and clinical development positions
Provide talent market insights and hiring recommendations
Document candidate evaluations and manage interview processes
Support offer development and compensation discussions
Build pipelines of qualified biotechnology and pharmaceutical talent
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomes
