Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter III to support full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Development and related life sciences functions in Alameda, CA. This role focuses on attracting and hiring specialized talent across Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Development Outsourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions and serving as a strategic talent advisor.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
