Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting activities in a hybrid setting. You will drive strategy, sourcing, and candidate outreach for scientific roles, while coordinating interviews, offers, and negotiations with hiring managers and business leaders.

You will build robust pipelines, support DEI efforts, and provide data-driven guidance to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of in-house, full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Experience in life sciences.
• HR expertise and talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting activities, including strategy, sourcing, marketing of the role, phone screens, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Conduct recruitment strategy kick-off meetings, interview team prep and debrief sessions.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, sourcing, events, and other channels.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and improve outreach in the community and with universities.
• Build relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for managers and candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers on data-informed hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance and training on interviewing, workflow, and systems.
• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and logistics.
• Partner with HRBPs and Compensation teams.
• Perform all other duties as required.
