• Registered to practice before the USPTO.

• Develop, implement, and execute a global IP strategy for Amgen's products and candidates.
• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide.
• Conduct prior art searches and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Conduct IP due diligence for strategic transactions and collaborations.
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in transactional agreements.
