Qualifications

• J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and US bar admission.
• Six+ years of patent or IP law experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience with IP due diligence and transactional IP provisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a global IP strategy for Amgen's products and candidates.
• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide.
• Conduct prior art searches and analyze patents for freedom-to-operate opinions.
• Support licensing, collaborations, and acquisitions with IP diligence.
