Qualifikationen

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Four (4) years of experience practicing intellectual property law.
• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Aufgaben

• Handle all aspects of intellectual property, including patent identification, prior art searches, third‑party patent analysis, drafting opinions, and pre‑litigation activities.
• Develop and implement global freedom-to-operate strategies with in‑house attorneys.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications and provide patent litigation support.
• Develop and counsel others on IP strategies related to Amgen’s business and research.
• Work independently, in legal teams, and in cross‑functional business teams.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
