The role emphasizes market research, relationship management, and deal execution aligned with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in BD or commercial ops within biotech or medical devices, with strong negotiation, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in biotech/diagnostics.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, negotiate agreements, drive revenue.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of regulatory environment is a plus.
