Job summary

ImmuneBridge is hiring a hands-on Scientist or Senior Scientist for Process Development in San Francisco. You will own bioreactor campaigns for stem cell expansion and immune cell differentiation, reporting to the CTO, with a focus on moving the platform toward clinical-scale manufacturing.

You will design experiments, optimize operations, and help transfer processes to CDMOs. A BS in a related field is required, with experience in rocking-motion bioreactors and strong data analysis and

Qualifications

• Hands-on bioreactor experience with mammalian cells or primary cells.
• Strong aseptic technique and cell culture skills.
• Good experimental design and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate rocking-motion bioreactors; monitor pH, DO, seeding density, and feeds.
• Design/execute DoE experiments to improve expansion and yield; troubleshoot.
• Translate bench-scale protocols to multi-liter scale and develop scale-down models.
• Characterize cells with counting and flow cytometry; analyze data and propose next steps.
• Write protocols and development reports; support tech transfer to CDMOs.
