Job summary

92Bio, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Scientist / Sr. Scientist to join the Process Development team. The role will be hands-on, purifying and characterizing bispecific and multi-specific antibodies to advance the company's pipeline.

The ideal candidate combines bench-strength in downstream process development with analytical characterization and a track record of partnering with CDMOs to bridge internal development to external manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2–12 years of industry biologics process development experience.
• Hands-on antibody purification and protein characterization.
• Experience with multispecific antibody formats preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize purification processes (Protein A, IEX, SEC).
• Assess product quality attributes using multiple analytical techniques.
• Serve as liaison with CDMOs for tech transfer and manufacturing support.
• Prepare SOPs, technical reports, and regulatory documents (IND/IMPD, BLA/MAA modules).
• Support cross-functional development strategy within a lean team.
