Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive revenue growth and customer success across our product portfolios. You will apply technical expertise in a consultative sales process, conduct product demonstrations, and lead stakeholder engagements to help customers achieve R&D goals.

The role is remote with a Texas territory, requiring residency near Houston, Austin, Dallas, or nearby areas and up to 50-75% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in life-science or related field required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of combined sales or adjacent functional experience in bioproduction processes; Single Use preferred.
Strong technical understanding of relevant scientific workflows and applications.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to engage stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Success in consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proven relationship-building and networking capabilities.
Ability to travel up to 50-75% within territory.
