Allucent is seeking a Sr. Biometrics Program Coordinator (Sr. BPC) to support the design and execution of program management services for clinical trial projects.

You will work with the Biometrics PM Manager and project teams from initiation through closure, ensuring cost, time, scope, quality, and risk controls are applied. The role offers office-based, remote, or hybrid options for candidates in the United States or Canada, with a focus on effective communication and program governance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a scientific area and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications and stakeholder coordination across team, sponsors, contractors, and functional areas.
• Conduct meeting planning and follow-up; prepare agendas, attend meetings, distribute minutes, track actions and decisions.
• Project documentation, training, reporting; manage documents, training records, status reports and metrics.
• Provide financial, proposal, and operational support; lead proposals, cost estimates, budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
