Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) seeks a Senior Biologist/Project Manager to lead Natural Resources projects nationwide. You will supervise field surveys, habitat assessments, and presence/absence surveys for listed species, wetlands delineations, and more.

The role blends fieldwork with about 60% computer-based project management, proposal support, and deliverable development. Travel up to 40% with preference for candidates near major airports; remote work possible within USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, or a related discipline is required.
• Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Natural Resources Project Manager is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Natural Resources Project Manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage natural resources scopes of work for diverse projects.
• Supervise and mentor field biologists.
• Coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary client and contractor contact with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders on project goals.
• Provide technical direction to clients and team throughout execution.
• QA/QC of logs and compliance reports; ensure timely deliverables.
• Uphold ERG safety protocols and ethical standards.
