Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and QA/QC skills for deliverables and proposals.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate with agencies, and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with biological resources, special-status species, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Natural Resources scopes of work for small to large projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field biologists.
• Coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets and compliance programs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and compliance.
• Provide guidance and technical direction throughout project execution.
• Direct and review QA/QC processes and ensure reports' accuracy.
• Maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines and quality.
