Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Botany, Ecology, or a related field.
• Graduate degree in Biology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience including project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage or oversee moderately complex biological resources projects with competing priorities.
• Prepare permit applications, regulatory documentation, and supporting materials.
• Review permit applications and reports for quality and compliance.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and proposals.
• Create and manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Attend and facilitate client, project, and regulatory meetings.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to support permitting and compliance.
• Assist clients with permit compliance and environmental requirements.
• Conduct or oversee field surveys, habitat assessments, and related investigations.
• Mentor Assistant, Associate, and Staff Biologists.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives.
