Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related; 10+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA and regulatory permitting.
• Experience in field biology, regulatory strategy, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, regulators, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, supervise staff, and mentor field teams for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Lead field tasks: species surveys, vegetation assessments, delineations, and monitoring.
• Provide guidance, training recommendations, and coaching to junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and contribute to EIR/CEQA/NEPA documents.
• Support business development and respond to RFPs with defined scopes and costs.
• Lead permitting strategies and agency negotiations; travel as needed.
