Qualifications
- MS degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field is required; PhD preferred.
- 3+ years in biologics discovery, protein engineering, automation or optimization.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and data-driven problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for automation-enabled discovery workflows and throughput improvements.
- Collaborate with automation teams to evolve yeast display, NGS and related tech.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven optimization decisions.
- Apply AI/ML and computational analyses to accelerate decisions and design principles.
- Present findings and contribute to patents, manuscripts, and technical reports.
