Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
3+ years (or equivalent) in laboratory or assay automation.
Experience with automated liquid handlers or similar systems.
Strong understanding of lab workflows, sample handling, data capture, and automation software.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy automated protocols for protein discovery, NGS, biochemical, and cell-based assays.
Configure liquid handlers and integrated workcells.
Develop and refine run instructions, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Support scientific request translation into automation.
Analyze and enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on continuous improvement.
